I'm unfit, I'm short, I'm round and I get out of breath whilst putting my socks on. 

Having lost mum who was living with dementia, I know the struggles on the carers and the heartache this disease can cause. 

This is going to be a huge challenge for me, but I am determined to do it and look forward to it.
